    Equity Raise and asset management

    Stella Maris RE aided in the acquisition equity raise and financing of this project and consult and invest in various development projects throughout San Diego.

    Asset Reposition

    Mixed-Use Value Add Reposition

    Core urban areas are a major focus of Stella Maris RE. This project was acquired from an out of town owner and every unit was rehabbed. Old office space was converted to coveted retail and a studio was added in this project. Every inch of the property was renovated. We have substantial expertise in mixed-use projects and the relationship of residential to retail/office.

    Traditional Multi-Family Investment

    This is an 11-unit property acquired years ago and has been a long term hold for investors. They are able to capitalize on refinances through the years, increased rents, and depreciation. Our core portfolio tends to be longer term investment horizons to allow for stable income and growth.
